Export Control Statement (出口管制申明)

In accordance with the requirements outlined in the "Announcement No. 31 of 2024 on Optimizing and Adjusting Export Control Measures for Drones" issued by the People's Republic of China, all products of our company are strictly for civil use. All customers purchasing our products must ensure they are not used for military purposes and must not violate national laws or relevant prohibitions. Radio communication equipment specifically designed for certain unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or unmanned airships with a transmission range exceeding 50km beyond the visual line of sight (LOS) or multi-drone control capabilities requires a license for provision. Any violations are the responsibility of the user. Thank you for your cooperation. This statement is hereby issued!

根据中华人民共和国颁布的《2024年第31号关于优化调整无人机出口管制措施的公告》中的相关要求，本公司所有产品仅为民事用途。所有客户购买产品均需确保不作军事用途，并不得违反国家法律和相关禁令。专门用于特定无人驾驶航空飞行器或无人驾驶飞艇的传输距离大于视距50千米或一站控多机能力的无线电通讯设备，需要许可，才可以提供。如有违反，责任自负，感谢配合，特此申明!

1.Buyer confirm the goods/articles will not be used for any purpose connected with the Military, Boarder Patrol, Coast Guard, Intelligence, or any other Government Entity/End-user;

买方确货物/物品不会用于与军事、边境巡逻、海岸警卫队、情报或任何其他政府实体/最终用户有关的任何目的;

2. The goods/articles will not be used for any purpose connected with military, satellite, biological or nuclear weapons, or missiles capable of delivering such weapons unless the proper Chinese. Government authorization is obtained in advance in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR);

货物/物品不得用于任何与军事、卫星、生物武器或核武器或能够运载此类武器的导弹有关的目的，除非有适当的中国人。根据《出口管理条例》(EAR)及/或《国际武器贸易条例》(ITAR)事先取得政府授权;

3.The goods/articles will not be re-exported or otherwise re-sold or transferred if it is known or suspected that they are intended or likely to be used for such purpose without first obtaining the proper Chinaese Government authorization;

4.Buyer confirm that the goods will not be used for the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, terrorist activities, or military purposes;

5.Buyer confirm that the export of goods shall not violate the provisions of the Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs, Central Military Commission Equipment Development；In the Announcement No. 31 of 2024 on Optimizing and Adjusting the Export Control Measures for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, radio communication equipment specifically used for specific unmanned aerial vehicles or unmanned airships, and possessing any of the following characteristics (refer to Customs commodity numbers: 8517629910, 8517691002, 8526920010):

A. The distance between wireless television and transmission is greater than 50 kilometers (km); 无线电视距传输距离大于50千米(km)；

B. The ability to control multiple aircraft in one station is greater than 10. 一站控多机能力大于10架。
